The EventsSpace / Policies

Terms & Conditions

Terms for attendees, organizers, writers and other marketplace participants.

Effective date: . Approved by The EventsSpace.

1. The marketplace

The EventsSpace provides event listings, ticketing, event participation applications and book sales. Organizers are responsible for their events, and writers are responsible for delivering books purchased through the website. An administrator may create an event for a client while retaining that client as the organizer.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your account and use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, publish misleading listings, violate intellectual property rights, abuse other users, share ticket codes publicly, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. Report suspected unauthorized access to support@theeventsspace.com.

3. Organizer responsibilities

Organizers must provide accurate event dates, locations, descriptions, availability, ticket prices and applicable admission or cancellation conditions. They are responsible for lawful delivery of the event, permissions, safety arrangements and communicating changes to attendees.

Events require administrator approval before publication. Organizer changes to approved event details or ticket types can return an event to review. Approval does not guarantee event quality or replace the organizer’s legal responsibilities. Organizers must use attendee and order information only for legitimate event and fulfillment purposes.

4. Tickets, fees and payment

Paid tickets carry a 10% attendee service fee added to the ticket price. Organizers pay 2.75% of the ticket price. Free tickets have no payment or fees. Review the displayed order total before confirming checkout.

Payment status is confirmed through verified payment-provider notifications, not merely a return to the website. Admission QR codes are available only for eligible tickets; book-only purchases do not provide admission or a QR ticket. Protect your ticket code and follow the organizer’s admission requirements.

Payment checkout currently operates in Stripe test mode. Test transactions do not represent real charges or guaranteed bookings. Organizer payouts depend on eligible payment-account setup and provider requirements; no payout date is promised by this policy.

5. Book purchases and delivery

Book sales are separate from launch attendance. Review the book format and writer delivery terms before purchase. Provide accurate delivery and contact information. Writers receive confirmed order details and are responsible for physical delivery or digital fulfillment, including communicating any delay. Delivery coverage, timing and included costs should be stated in the listing; no universal delivery deadline is established by this policy.

6. Speakers, sponsors and exhibitors

Submitting an application, appearing in an organizer directory or being shortlisted does not confirm a speaking engagement, sponsorship, exhibition space or contractual booking. Confirm any commitments directly with the organizer. Exhibitor enquiries are enquiries, not admission tickets; attendees use the event ticket checkout.

7. Content and translation

You must have permission to upload event content, photos and other material. By submitting content, you permit its use as needed to operate the requested listing or service.

Website translations are automated and may contain errors. Event names, venues and addresses are preserved to avoid altering event facts. Confirm unclear details with the organizer before purchasing.

8. Cancellations, support and legal rights

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the request process. Contact eventticket@theeventsspace.com for ticket enquiries or support@theeventsspace.com for support. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

The platform may restrict content or account access when necessary to address misuse, fraud or safety concerns. Contact support for legal business details and assistance with applicable law or dispute resolution. These terms do not specify a governing jurisdiction or limit mandatory legal rights.
