This policy describes information handled when you browse The EventsSpace, create an account, register for event participation, purchase tickets or books, host an event, or contact us. Third-party services and organizers may have their own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

Account information may include your email, display name, profile photo, biography and website. Event and order records include event details, ticket types, purchased quantities, prices, payment status and ticket codes.

Checkout requires the attendee’s full name, email, work phone and mobile phone; a website is optional. Book purchases may also require delivery details. Writers provide a private address, email and phone for fulfillment.

Speaker and sponsor applications may include contact details, organization, proposals, biographies and photos. Enquiries, Live Chat messages, reviews, event shortlists and administrative activity are also recorded when you use those services.

3. How information is used

Information supports account access, event listings, ticket validation, attendance check-in, orders, book delivery, customer support, moderation, fraud prevention and financial recordkeeping. We also use recorded sales to provide organizer reports; requesting an AI-generated summary may send relevant sales information to an AI service.

4. Who receives information

An event’s organizer can access information needed to manage their event, attendees and orders. Writers receive confirmed book order details and buyer delivery/contact information so they can deliver purchases. Authorized administrators can access information needed to operate and support the marketplace.

Speaker and sponsor offering profiles are shared with authorized organizers as disclosed on the registration form. Selecting a participant does not confirm a booking. Your published event listings and public reviews can be seen by website visitors; avoid including sensitive information in public content.

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, account access, database and storage services. Stripe processes payments. Email delivery services send operational notifications, and Google website translation processes page content when you select a translated language. These services process information according to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not store complete payment-card numbers in our application database.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses cookies or browser storage for account sessions and language preferences. Selecting a translation language uses Google translation cookies and scripts. The site also records aggregate visit counts. Not every optional cookie is confirmed to have a consent mechanism; applicable consent requirements remain subject to review.

6. Security and retention

Access to private records is restricted by account identity and role. Participant photos use private storage and time-limited authorized access. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Information is retained as needed to provide services, handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact support for information about applicable retention periods and deletion procedures.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may update available account details and choose whether an offering profile is visible in the organizer directory when applying. Contact support@theeventsspace.com to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance. We may need to verify your identity; some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction purposes.

Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability or complaints to a privacy regulator.
