1. Current service
Payment checkout currently operates in test mode, and automatic refund processing is not yet available. Test payments do not involve real charges. Do not treat this page as confirmation that a refund has been processed.
2. Cancelled or changed events
Organizers should notify affected attendees when an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed. Contact the organizer and eventticket@theeventsspace.com with the order reference to request assistance. Any remedy must take account of applicable consumer law and the conditions disclosed before purchase.
This policy does not establish a blanket no-refund rule or assume that postponement removes refund rights. Event-specific conditions cannot override rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
3. Attendee cancellation requests
If you can no longer attend, review the organizer’s disclosed cancellation conditions and contact support with your order reference and reason for the request. Eligibility, deadlines, ticket transfers and any deductions require confirmation; no universal cancellation window or guaranteed response time is established by this policy.
4. Books, returns and delivery issues
Writers are responsible for delivering purchased books. For a missing, damaged, incorrect or undelivered book, contact the writer and support@theeventsspace.com with the order reference and relevant details. Do not send a book to a return address until the writer or support confirms the instructions.
Printed-book returns and digital-download cancellation rights depend on the disclosed terms and applicable law. This policy does not automatically exclude digital purchases from refunds or establish a fixed return period. Delivery problems should be reviewed with the writer rather than treated as an admission-ticket cancellation.
5. Refund amounts and payment handling
For future real-money sales, any approved refund should clearly identify the ticket or book amount, service fee treatment and any lawful deductions before processing. This policy does not establish whether attendee or organizer fees are refundable; contact support for confirmation before purchase.
Where a refund is approved and processing is available, support should confirm the payment method and status. Provider and bank timing may vary. No automatic refund, payout reversal or fixed settlement time is promised by this policy. A cancelled event label alone does not confirm a payment refund.
6. How to request help
Email eventticket@theeventsspace.com for tickets, or support@theeventsspace.com for books and other support. Include your order reference, event or book name, purchaser email and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or payment-provider secret keys. You may also use Live Chat or call toll free 866.855.6282.
7. Applicable conditions and legal rights
Contact support to confirm applicable cancellation and return deadlines, fee refundability, organizer responsibilities, digital-product consent requirements, dispute escalation and the availability of real-payment refund processing. This policy does not establish unspecified deadlines or fee refund rules. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over conflicting policy wording.
